We are excited to invite you to the seminar organized by Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation, focused on using technology for visually impaired persons. This seminar will cover various helpful topics related to smartphones/android. you are new to technology or already using it, this event will help you learn more and become more confident.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to all participants.

Volunteers/Escorts Allowed:

If you are not able to attend alone, you are welcome to come with a volunteer or escort for support.

    Seminar Registration – Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility for Visually Impaired Participants

    Only visually impaired individuals are allowed to register for this seminar.

    All visually impaired participants must carry a valid UDID card or Disability certificate, along with a government-issued ID (preferably Aadhaar Card).

    Documents can be verified in online or offline format.

    2. Volunteer Guidelines

    If a visually impaired participant is coming with a volunteer, the volunteer must be a sighted person (not visually impaired).

    The volunteer must carry a valid government ID (preferably Aadhaar Card), either in online or offline format.

    If multiple visually impaired participants are coming with the same volunteer, the primary visually impaired person must select the volunteer in the registration form.

    The other visually impaired persons must not select the volunteer option.

    Each visually impaired participant must register separately – no group registrations are allowed.

    3. Campus Movement Policy

    All seminar attendees, including visually impaired participants and volunteers, must stay within the seminar campus area.

    No one is allowed to leave the venue without the permission of the organizers.

    The seminar is organized by Tech Assistant for Blind and its official partners, hereafter referred to as “the organizers”.

    4. Code of Conduct

    All attendees must treat everyone with respect, maintain discipline, and avoid any kind of rude or inappropriate behavior.

    Everyone is expected to use dustbins properly for waste.

    Alcohol, gutka, paan, or any intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the seminar premises.

    Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation will not provide any kind of Travel Allowance (T.A.) or Daily Allowance (D.A.) to participants. All attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses, if any. The foundation does not reimburse transportation costs under any circumstances

    The foundation will provide complimentary breakfast and lunch during the seminar sessions. No additional food or beverages (including dinner or evening refreshments) will be provided by the foundation. Participants with specific dietary requirements are requested to inform the organizers in advance and make their own arrangements accordingly

    5. Offensive or Unacceptable Language/Behavior

    No one should use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior.

    Any such action may lead to removal from the seminar without further notice.

    Additional Information

    The organizers reserve the right to edit or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

    Seminar location details will be shared only with registered attendees via WhatsApp after registration closes.

    By registering, you agree to follow all the above rules. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the seminar.
