Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation is organizing a special Vaishno Devi Darshan Trip on 27th May 2026. This trip is specially planned for visually impaired persons so that they can complete the journey in a safe and comfortable way. The trip will be of five days. The journey will start from Indore, and the group will travel by Malwa Express (12919). The charge for each member is ₹2100. Tickets and accommodation will be arranged by our side. Participants can come with their own escort if they wish, but an additional ₹2100 will be charged for the escort. If someone wants to travel alone, they can also do so, as volunteers will be available throughout the trip to assist and support during the journey. This is a good opportunity to visit Mata Vaishno Devi in a supportive and well-managed environment.

टेक असिस्टेंट फॉर ब्लाइंड फाउंडेशन 27 मई 2026 को माता वैष्णो देवी दर्शन यात्रा का आयोजन कर रही है। यह यात्रा विशेष रूप से दृष्टिबाधित व्यक्तियों के लिए बनाई गई है, ताकि वे सुरक्षित और आरामदायक तरीके से दर्शन कर सकें। यह यात्रा पांच दिनों की होगी। यात्रा इंदौर से शुरू होगी और समूह मालवा एक्सप्रेस (12919) से सफर करेगा। प्रति सदस्य शुल्क ₹2100 है। टिकट और रहने की व्यवस्था हमारी ओर से की जाएगी। प्रतिभागी चाहें तो अपने साथ निजी सहायक लेकर आ सकते हैं, लेकिन सहायक के लिए अतिरिक्त ₹2100 शुल्क देना होगा। यदि कोई अकेले आना चाहता है तो वह भी आ सकता है, क्योंकि पूरी यात्रा के दौरान सहायता के लिए स्वयंसेवक उपलब्ध रहेंगे। यह यात्रा माता वैष्णो देवी के दर्शन के लिए एक सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित अवसर है।

Terms and Conditions
1. Payment and Refund Policy
- 1.1 The full registration fee must be paid in a single time. For the payment, you will receive a call from our executive members.
- 1.2 Once the registration fee is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- 1.3 Visually impaired participants must provide a valid UDID card or Disability Certificate and their railway concession card to avail concession benefits.
- 1.4 Children Policy: Children up to 5 years of age can travel free of cost. Children between 6 to 12 years must pay the full charge of ₹2100. They will be provided with a half ticket as per railway rules, and no separate individual seat will be provided.
2. Safety and Responsibility
- 2.1 All participants must stay with the group during the journey.
- 2.2 No participant is allowed to leave the group or designated area without prior permission from the organizers.
- 2.3 Each participant is fully responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items. In case of any accident, injury, health issue, or any unexpected incident during the trip, the foundation will not be held responsible.
- 2.4 Participants must provide correct and complete medical information. The organizers will not be responsible for any issue caused due to hidden or incorrect health details.
3. Medical and Health Guidelines
- 3.1 Participants must carry their own medicines for the full duration of the trip.
- 3.2 The organizers do not guarantee the availability of specific medicines during travel.
- 3.3 Participants should be physically fit for the journey and prepared for cold weather conditions at the destination. Proper warm clothing is necessary.
4. Volunteers and Logistics
- 4.1 If a participant brings a private escort or volunteer, that person must pay the full registration fee (₹2100). No discount will be given.
- 4.2 Group facilities and services are strictly limited to registered participants only.
- 4.3 Each participant is responsible for carrying and managing their own luggage.
- 4.4 Volunteers are present to assist the group as a whole. They are not personal assistants and are not responsible for carrying personal belongings.
- 4.5 The same type of arrangements and accommodation will be made by our side for all participants. If any person or group wants any different type of accommodation, food, or any other special arrangement, they will have to bear the additional cost on their own. Such requests must be informed to us in advance.
- 4.6 Trip Mode: The Vaishno Devi journey from Katra to Bhawan will be completed on foot. If any participant wishes to use additional facilities such as horse, palki, or helicopter services, they will have to arrange and bear the cost on their own. The foundation will not provide or manage these services.
5. Documentation and Agreement
- 5.1 Participants must agree to these Terms and Conditions during online registration.
- 5.2 A physical copy of the Terms and Conditions must also be signed before departure.

1. भुगतान और रिफंड नीति
- 1.1 पूरा रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क एक ही बार में जमा करना होगा। भुगतान के लिए आपको हमारी एग्जीक्यूटिव टीम की ओर से कॉल किया जाएगा।
- 1.2 एक बार रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क जमा हो जाने के बाद किसी भी परिस्थिति में कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
- 1.3 दृष्टिबाधित प्रतिभागियों को रियायत का लाभ लेने के लिए अपना वैध UDID कार्ड या दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र और रेलवे रियायत कार्ड दिखाना होगा।
- 1.4 बच्चों के लिए नियम: 5 वर्ष तक के बच्चों के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा। 6 से 12 वर्ष तक के बच्चों को पूरा शुल्क ₹2100 देना होगा। रेलवे नियमों के अनुसार उन्हें हाफ टिकट दिया जाएगा और अलग से सीट उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाएगी।
2. सुरक्षा और जिम्मेदारी
- 2.1 सभी प्रतिभागियों को यात्रा के दौरान समूह के साथ ही रहना होगा।
- 2.2 आयोजकों की अनुमति के बिना कोई भी प्रतिभागी समूह या तय किए गए स्थान को नहीं छोड़ सकता।
- 2.3 प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अपने व्यक्तिगत सामान की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं लेगा। किसी भी सामान के खोने, चोरी होने या नुकसान की स्थिति में आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। यात्रा के दौरान यदि किसी प्रकार की दुर्घटना, चोट, स्वास्थ्य समस्या या कोई अन्य अप्रत्याशित घटना होती है, तो उसके लिए फाउंडेशन जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
- 2.4 प्रतिभागियों को अपनी सही और पूरी स्वास्थ्य जानकारी देनी होगी। गलत या छिपाई गई जानकारी के कारण होने वाली किसी भी समस्या के लिए आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
3. चिकित्सा और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दिशा-निर्देश
- 3.1 प्रतिभागियों को पूरी यात्रा की अवधि के लिए अपनी आवश्यक दवाइयाँ साथ रखनी होंगी।
- 3.2 यात्रा के दौरान किसी विशेष दवा की उपलब्धता की जिम्मेदारी आयोजक नहीं लेते हैं।
- 3.3 प्रतिभागियों का शारीरिक रूप से यात्रा के लिए सक्षम होना जरूरी है और गंतव्य स्थान पर ठंड के मौसम के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। गर्म कपड़े साथ रखना आवश्यक है।
4. स्वयंसेवक और अन्य व्यवस्थाएँ
- 4.1 यदि कोई प्रतिभागी अपने साथ निजी सहायक या स्वयंसेवक लाता है, तो उस व्यक्ति को पूरा रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क (₹2100) देना होगा। किसी प्रकार की छूट नहीं दी जाएगी।
- 4.2 समूह की सुविधाएँ और सेवाएँ केवल पंजीकृत प्रतिभागियों के लिए ही उपलब्ध हैं।
- 4.3 प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अपने सामान की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं लेगा और उसे खुद संभालेगा।
- 4.4 स्वयंसेवक पूरे समूह की सहायता के लिए मौजूद हैं। वे व्यक्तिगत सहायक नहीं हैं और किसी के निजी सामान को उठाने की जिम्मेदारी उनकी नहीं है।
- 4.5 सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए हमारी ओर से एक ही प्रकार की व्यवस्था और रहने की सुविधा की जाएगी। यदि कोई व्यक्ति या समूह अलग प्रकार की रहने, खाने या किसी अन्य विशेष व्यवस्था की मांग करता है, तो उसका अतिरिक्त खर्च उन्हें स्वयं वहन करना होगा। इसके लिए पहले से हमें सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।
- 4.6 यात्रा का तरीका: कटरा से भवन तक की यात्रा पैदल पूरी की जाएगी। यदि कोई प्रतिभागी घोड़ा, पालकी या हेलीकॉप्टर जैसी अतिरिक्त सुविधा लेना चाहता है, तो उसका प्रबंध और खर्च स्वयं करना होगा। इन सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था फाउंडेशन की ओर से नहीं की जाएगी।
5. दस्तावेज़ और सहमति
- 5.1 ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करते समय प्रतिभागियों को इन नियम और शर्तों से सहमत होना होगा।
- 5.2 यात्रा शुरू होने से पहले इन नियम और शर्तों की एक हार्ड कॉपी पर हस्ताक्षर करना भी अनिवार्य होगा।
